If you are using Windows

Click on the Start button and then click on My Computer

Once My Computer is open you need to navigate to the file path is as follows:

C:/Documents and Settings/owner/local setting/Temporary Internet Files

Once you are there you can scroll through the list of cookies and the temp Internet files. You will be able to see the URL of the site and when the file was last accessed.
